摘要
The article presents for the first time a two-channel method of rheoophthalmography. The first channel of the method has a depth of study corresponding to the posterior part of the eye. The second channel provides a study of blood supply to the arteries of the temporal region preceding the arteries of the eye. Both electrical impedance signals are recorded simultaneously, which allows quantifying the redistribution of blood flow between departments. For each channel, a tetrapolar electrode system with a fixed and controlled distance between the measuring electrodes was used. The possibility of using the method for comparative quantitative analysis of the electrical impedance signals of the posterior part of the eye in patients with emmetropia and myopia was studied. In total, ROG signals of 24 eyes (13 patients, average age 17.7 years) including 11 eyes of 6 patients (mean age 23.7 years) with emmetropia (control group) and 13 eyes of 7 patients (mean age 14.1 years) with mild myopia (from -0.5 to -3.0 diopters) were recorded and analyzed. The relative change in pulse blood supply was determined for a group of patients with myopia. The results indicate a change in blood supply in the posterior part of the eye in patients with mild myopia compared to the control group.
