Risk Management of Investment in Power Grid Companies Based on the Interpretative Structural Modeling Method

With the current rapid development of the market economy, power grid companies are being pushed into high-risk areas for survival and development while gaining market opportunities. When an enterprise makes an investment, there are a number of factors that will have an impact on its ability to invest, and we refer to these factors as the risk factors that affect the enterprise’s ability to invest. Risk factors are always accompanied by the entire project cycle, risk management and control can help enterprises to contain the crisis they face, and then effectively reduce the investment losses and maintain the normal operation and functioning of the enterprise. This paper establishes an explanatory structural model (ISM) to conduct in-depth research on the risk management and control of power grid enterprises’ investment. In this paper, the expert experience method is used to construct a risk index system and an adjacency matrix of influencing factors, and then the MATLAB program is used to obtain the reachable matrix to obtain the risk factor hierarchy.
