Research On Feed Forward Control Of Ultra-High Pressure Servo System

In the ultra-high pressure servo system containing pressurized cylinder, the dynamic performance of servo system is reduced by large frictional force applied in pressurized cylinder, the tube deformation owing to high pressure and the compression of the hydraulic oil. Since feed forward controller has the ability to compensate servo system and feedback control controller can decrease the system error, the closed-loop pressure control method, composed of feed forward control and feedback control, is proposed, by which the overall performance of servo system can be improved. The transfer function of feed forward control can be determined based on that of the system, verified with simulation models established in matlab/simulink. Then, the feasibility of the method is verified by applying it to the servo system of hose impulse test platform. The results show that the higher tracing accurate of servo system can be obtained and the method is effective in the actual projects.
