X Ray Mirror Heat Absorption And Thermal Deformation Analysis.

摘要
The synchrotron radiation optical system the thermal transfer issue is an important problem. The X-ray light is come from wiggler insert parts, the energy mirror absorption energy on the mirror surface is 40 W. The mirror length is 1000 mm, width is 87 mm, and thickness is 100 mm. This study is apply by X ray optical simulation software SHADOW, and Finite Element Method (FEM) ANSYS (R) software, to calculate mirror surface thermal deformation. The FEM software is calculate the mirror surface deformation from heat absorption, and the surface deformation can fitting by B-spline curve. The thermal deformation fitting results can feed back to X ray optical software SHADOW and evaluate mirror thermal deformation effect to optical system performance.
