摘要
A new mode which has the feature of "stratification, triage, entire journey, all aspects" and professional mentor group is proposed to retort the disadvantages of "one to one" or "one to many" tutorial training mode which is commonly used in colleges and universities. A multi-level, open, innovative, multi-dimensional practice platform based on professional tutor group has been established. This platform can compensate for the limitations of the guidance of a single tutor and can cultivate the students' innovative capacity throughout the whole undergraduate level. It both ensures the progressive, continuity, popularity innovative capacity, and achieves the goal of "individualized, Venus" type of personalized training which promotes an overall improvement in students' creative capacity.
