Design of Capital Distribution and Settlement Platform of Citizen Card Among Cities Based on Unified Standard.

Build a bridge among cities by combining with the construction of citizen card projects, so as to make between cities and heterogeneous system of citizen card consumption funds distribution and settlement become to reality. Cross-regional consumption can be distributed and settled in time, greatly enriched the scope of citizen cards, reduced the consumption processing and fund transfer in transit, and promoted the communication and exchange between city areas. In the provinces, cities, districts, and counties of the unified key management system, it achieves IC card payment, which crosses regionals and cities, achieves the maximum compatibility for the application differences in data format and other aspects in each region. The system differences between regions will be well avoided, making the crossing cities’ application of cards transparent. The platform of funds’ distribution and settlement between cities not only promotes the communication and exchange between cities but also has certain social and economic benefits.
