[...]for students, the authors argue for mobile-assisted language learning in an effort to strengthen learner outcomes and prescribe how to integrate this method into formal IT platforms. Multi-component blended learning combines face-to-face and e-learning components with interactive Web-based components and technical experimental videos were developed. A quantitative methodology is used in which 376 university students filled out a questionnaire after experiencing several sessions with an inverted classroom under both onsite and online instruction. the results show a high agreement among students on the benefits of or effectiveness that learning designs with Flipped Classroom have on the development of skills that will be useful for their personal and professional future. Under home environment settings, lack of basic facilities, external distraction and family interruption during teaching and conducting assessments were major issues reported Institutional support such as the budget for purchasing advanced technologies, lack of training, lack of technical support and lack of clarity and direction were also reported under institutional support.
