Simulation analysis and experiment of unpowered roller conveying for culture bottle in tissue culture plant

At present, the commercial production of tissue culture seedlings at home and abroad is mainly manual, and most of the culture frames in tissue culture factories are fixed, with many layers and high shelves. The work on the upper and lower culture frames of culture bottles is frequent, and the labor intensity of operators is high and the risk is high. In this paper, the inclined unpowered roller culture frame is adopted, and the automatic transportation of tissue culture bottles in the culture frame is realized by gravity without setting electric drive mechanism. It can not only reduce the intensity of manual operation, but also facilitate the subsequent use of lifting device to automatically take and place the culture bottles at both ends of the culture frame, so as to realize the automatic transportation of culture bottles. Firstly, based on ADAMS motion analysis software, the simulation test of 20 m long distance inclined unpowered roller conveying operation is carried out, and the results show that the roller inclination angle has the most significant impact on the conveying speed. The test results show that the roller length is 500mm, the distance between rollers is 100mm, the rolling resistance torque of common roller is 7.5 ± 0.43n. m, and the rolling resistance torque of damping roller is 22.88 ± 1.98n. m When the inclination angle of the roller is 3 degree and the damping interval is 3, the normal conveying of culture bottles can be ensured.
