Research on Optimization Method of Accurate Positioning Sowing Based on Sowing Decision

Based on sowing decision, accurate positioning sowing is a technology that uses modern information technology to comprehensively analyze information including soil, environment, historical yield, etc. to get detailed sowing amount of sowing plots and make accurate sowing. In order to achieve more accurate position control and sowing quantity control, this article designed an accurate sowing decision control interface based on VS2012 development platform, and proposed an integral separation PID control algorithm for the rotating speed of seed-metering plate and a grid dead reckoning method. In order to test the performance of the system, the influence of integral switch on step response was tested. The experiment determined that the integral switch is the step value of sowing speed 18r/min. Based on the sowing response test of simulated sowing decision, five sowing decision levels (57000, 61500, 66000, 70500, 75000 plants/hm2) and three operating speeds (3, 6, 9km/h) were set up. The results showed that the average lag distance based on dead reckoning was 63.4 cm, which was 72.2 cm less than that based on no dead reckoning. The system response distance of integral separation PID control algorithm was 71.2 cm, which is 43.1 cm shorter than that of common PID control algorithm. The experiment based on the actual sowing decision showed that the error between the monitored sowing amount and the actual sowing amount is 3.5%, the average stable distance in the vehicle speed range of 3-9km/h is 139.5 cm, and the standard deviation is 12.8 cm.
