A method for adjusting the synchronization of pulsed light beams is provided. m pulsed light beams are transferred in m branches. The method employs a laser range finder and an optical bypass and comprises the steps of: 1, adjusting optical elements in the optical bypass so that the range finding laser emitted from the laser range finder can be injected into each of the m branches; 2, measuring the optical lengths L1, L2, ... Ln of n selected to-be-measured branches in the m branches, determining whether the optical lengths of the n to-be-measured branches are equal, and going to the step 4 if yes or going to the step 3 if not; 3, adjusting the optical elements in the to-be-measured branches with unequal optical lengths and returning to the step 3; and 4, completing the adjustment of the synchronization of the pulsed light beams, wherein m is greater than or equal to n. The method avoids a measurement optical length error caused by the deviation between the measurement path and the optical transmission path, is high in the ranging accuracy, is less than 0.5mm in error, and can well achieve the synchronization of the pulsed light beams.
