Research and Design of Automated Pharmacy Handling Robot

To solve the problems of low work efficiency and high work intensity in traditional pharmacies and other warehousing models, intelligent logistics storage and handling equipment are slowly being adopted by modern warehouses. In order to finer its degree of intelligence, this article analyzes and designs an intelligent logistics warehousing and handling robot for pharmacy warehouses and other places. Combined with actual needs, the overall mechanical structure design scheme, the structure, and the driving form of each component of the intelligent warehouse handling robot are obtained. The mechanical model is simulated by Solidworks2016. Then use the ABAQUS simulation software to perform overall finite element analysis and simulation of the robot, and then perform kinematics simulations on the fork-scissor jacking structure, rotating device, and telescopic device to verify their deformation and strength. Take a point on the speed curve and use Matlab software to get each structure's curve function to provide data support for the robot control system. Use the D-H parameter method to establish the coordinate system and kinematics equations and use Robotics Toolbox to simulate in Matlab software.
