Automatic Test Platform for High-Speed Railway Autonomous Controlling Machine based on Production Re-direction Mechanism

The Autonomous Controlling Machine module of high-speed railway is in charge of traffic safety control of distributed stations, which is the core module of train dispatching system. With the intellectualization and centralization of dispatching, current semi-automatic test mode of Autonomous Controlling Machine is difficult to meet the demand of accelerated iterative module version. In addition, there are some defects such as low functional coverage and high hardware requirements. Taking full advantage of the existing complete train operation scene and complex production data, on the basis of ensuring the safety of railway operation, a set of automatic simulation test platform for station Autonomous Controlling Machine based on production system but isolated from its one-way data is designed. Through the redirection and reuse of benchmark data, the automation and full coverage of function test can be realized, and the defects of performance test of the whole module can be made up at the same time. The idea of the scheme has been partly applied to the field application, which makes significant improvement in improving the automation and integrity of the test, and also provides the data basis for the subsequent intelligent scheduling.
