Mirada psicosocial a la labor educativa del docente militar

El presente trabajo parte de la necesidad de contribuir al desarrollo favorable de la labor educativa del docente militar en un contexto de diversidad cultural. El objetivo propuesto es elaborar un programa de intervencion psicosocial que preparare a los docentes militares desde la dimension socioemocional de su labor educativa, para el desarrollo de acciones estrategicas a favor de practicas inclusivas que mejoren la convivencia escolar en un contexto donde convergen diversas nacionalidades y culturas. Esto contribuye a modificar las concepciones tradicionales del docente militar en torno a su labor y con ello un cambio de actitud en los vinculos que sostiene con sus estudiantes y entre estos. El programa que se propone tiene como fundamento epistemologico el constructivismo social de Vygotsky y entre sus presupuestos teoricos conceptuales se encuentran el enfoque historico cultural, el humanismo y el enfoque psicosocial en la educacion. Desde lo metodologico se privilegia la metodologia cualitativa y en correspondencia con ella el metodo de trabajo con grupos que sera instrumentado a traves del grupo de reflexion.\r\nPalabras clave: \r\nLabor educativa, docente militar, intervencion psicosocial, diversidad cultural.\r\n \r\nABSTRACT\r\nThe present article pretends to contribute to de favorable development of the educational work of the military teacher in a context of cultural diversity. The objective of the research is to elaborate a psychosocial intervention program to prepare teachers from the socioemotional dimension of educational work for the development of strategic actions in favor of inclusive practices that improve school life in a context of cultural diversity. This research helps to change traditional concepts about the educational work of the military teachers and contributes to change their links with the students and also between them. The proposed program has the social constructivism of Vigotsky as an epistemological foundation and the cultural historical approach of Vigotsky. The humanism and the psychosocial approach in education are the most important theoretical assumptions. In this research is privileged the qualitative methodology and the method used is working with groups, implemented through the group of reflection.\r\nKeywords: \r\nEducational work, military teacher, psychosocial intervention, cultural diversity.
