摘要
Although numerous effective and well-tolerated treatments for psoriasis are available, many patients use mind-body practices (MBPs) because they suffer from psychological distress, anxiety, depression or other psychological disorders. Those can be directly or indirectly related to psoriasis or not related. Psychosocial interventions, including MBPs, offer an effective means to improve quality of life and anxiety in patients with psoriasis [1]. We asked to patients with psoriasis if they used MBPs or not.
