Mechanical Fault Diagnosis of Transformer Based on Vibration Signal Spectrum Centroid

摘要
The natural frequency of vibration is an important basis for the mechanical fault diagnosis of transformer. In order to extract the characteristic quantity which can reflect the natural frequency from the steady-state operation vibration signal of transformer, a simplified vibration model of transformer is established to simulate the influence of the natural frequency on the vibration spectrum. By comparing the steady-state vibration spectrum and frequency response curve in different states, it is found that their centroids have similar changing trend. The simulation results show that when the winding is loose or deformed, the abscissa of centroid decreases and the ordinate increases. Finally, the correctness of the theory is verified by experiments.
