The invention discloses a method for immobilizing pseudoalteromonas sp. SP48 by polyurethane foam, and relates to a microorganism adsorption and immobilization method. The invention provides a method for immobilizing the pseudoalteromonas sp. SP48 by the polyurethane foam, which can effectively overcome the defect of immobilizing cells by an entrapment method, and makes the pseudoalteromonas sp. SP48 show high-efficiency alga killing activity effectively and durably by taking the polyurethane foam as an adsorption carrier. Pseudoalteromonas sp. SP48-containing polyurethane foam is formed by sterilizing granulated, boiled and dried polyurethane foam and an alga killing bacterium culture medium together, and inoculating the SP48 for shaking culture to ensure that the SP48 enters or attachesto the inner wall of the polyurethane foam for growth. The SP48 is adsorbed and immobilized by the polyurethane foam which has a certain density and size, high adsorption capacity, no toxic or side pollution, good mass transfer and energy transfer effects, convenience and low cost; application performance in actual red tide treatment is improved remarkably; and the used polyurethane foam can be recycled through treatment, which achieves good economic benefit.
