Analysis and Comparison between Domestic and Oversea Teaching Modes - The Influence of Teaching Modes on Talent Cultivation

Teaching modes is the bridge between the teaching theory and practice, which is the crucial factor for talent cultivation. Because of the difference in culture and development between domestics and overseas, there exists huge deviation on the teaching method. It is widely agreed that overseas teaching philosophy is much more modem and teaching modes are more flexible, which is beneficial to students' ability of independence and creativity. Through the comparison between domestic and oversea teaching content and analysis on the different modes, domestic revolution on modes are still under standstill. Besides, domestic teaching method is unsuitable for our country. Therefore, the revolution should conform to social development trend and follow a road characteristic of Chinese education.
