The invention provides a design method and a system for electromagnetic vibration control of an amorphous alloy motor, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring candidate design parameters of the amorphous alloy motor, inputting the candidate design parameters into a preset multivariable-based radial basis function neural network, acquiring control parameters output by the multivariable-based radial basis function neural network, and determining target design parameters in the candidate design parameters according to the control parameters so as to design the electromagneticvibration control of the amorphous alloy motor according to the target design parameters. According to the method, target design parameters are determined in candidate design parameters based on control parameters output by the multivariable-based radial basis function neural network, so that the design of electromagnetic vibration control of the amorphous alloy motor is realized, the aim of vibration reduction of the amorphous alloy motor is fulfilled, and the technical problem of large vibration amplitude of the motor in the using process in the prior art is solved.
