Analysis on the Effect of Perioperative Nursing of Intracranial Aneurysm Clipping under Microscope

To analyze the effect of perioperative nursing on prognosis of intracranial aneurysms treated with clipping under microscope. From July 2018 to December 2019, 93 patients with intracranial aneurysms were treated with clipping under microscope and randomly divided into groups by sampling method. 46 cases in the control group received routine nursing during the perioperative period and 47 cases in the observation group received comprehensive nursing during the perioperative period. The prognosis results of both groups were recorded. There was no significant difference in plant survival rate and mild disability in the observation group compared with the control group after intervention with different nursing methods (P >0.05); Patients with good recovery in the observation group were more than those in the control group, while the proportion of dead patients and disabled patients was lower than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); After operation, IgA, IgG and IgM of immunoglobulin in the observation group were obviously lower than that in the control group by comparing two perioperative nursing methods and the difference was significant (P < 0.05); There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups (P>0.05); The time of getting out of bed and hospitalization of observation group were lower than those of control group with obvious difference (P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the observation group was 17.02%, 52.17% higher than that in the control group, with obvious difference (P <0.05); The satisfaction of nursing family members in the observation group was 95.74%, which was significantly better than that in the control group (80.43%), and the statistics were obviously different (P <0.05). The nursing of patients with Intracranial Aneurysm Clipping under microscope using perioperative nursing program can improve the postoperative recovery result, reduce the body immunoglobulin index, promote the early recovery and discharge after operation and reduce the burden of family. At the same time, it is beneficial to prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications and improve the satisfaction with nursing. It is worthy of popularizing.
