摘要
The intake of bigger portions and the excess in the intake of servings of some foods groups is one of the factors that had been playing major roles in the rising rates of obesity worldwide. To help children to identify the serving size of popular food and the recommended daily number of servings of each food group for them, we developed HealthyLunch (HL). It is a serious game where players need to prepare to children lunch boxes that include the food for a day respecting the recommended daily number of servings for children of each food group, and avoiding exceeding the daily recommendations of calories, fat, sugar, and salt. The HL elements are based on nutrition knowledge and constructs from cognitive and behavioral theories. In this paper, we describe the design process of HL and report the results of the usability evaluation study.
