In order to study the distribution law of electromagnetic field generated by the inner conductor (spiral heating wire) of high temperature regenerator at high temperature, and to solve the problem of inter-turn short circuit and the connecting line droop caused by magnetic field coupling, According to the basic principle of electromagnetic field, the decoupling method for magnetic field coupling of heating wire is proposed, that is, changing the structure of heating wire and controlling current. Then, the finite element software is used to simulate and analyze the distribution of the magnetic field, which (1)shows that the coupling of magnetic field is obviously weakened after optimization. Finally, the feasibility of the optimization scheme is verified by the actual data and the live picture, which can provide reference for the optimization of the magnetic field design of large capacity high-temperature regenerator.
