Culture informationnelle et pensée critique, vers une approche créative

Resume : Cet article propose une articulation entre les conceptions de la culture de l’information avec une approche culturelle et sociale de l’esprit critique, rendue possible et mise en œuvre a travers une approche methodologique originale d’analyse et de cartographie des controverses. Nous commencons par evoquer quelques dimensions de l’environnement numerique qui influent sur la definition et sur la consideration des champs d’application des enseignements Information Literacy (IL) et en esprit critique (EC)  et sur leur articulation. Nous poursuivons en proposant un etat de la litterature sur l’esprit critique qui reflete des visions divergentes. Nous prolongeons cette reflexion en proposant une synthese des convergences entre les concepts d’information literacy et d’esprit critique et une forme d’articulation entre les deux champs. Par la suite, nous presentons une analyse reflexive a propos de nos enseignements sur les controverses, a l’universite, depuis 2014, et qui constituent un support adequat a l’enseignement de notre approche culturelle, sociale et creative de l’esprit critique. We begin by discussing some dimensions of the digital environment that affect the definition and consideration of the fields of Information Literacy (IL) and Critical Thinking (CI) and their articulation. We go on to present a state of the literature on critical thinking that reflects divergent visions. We extend this reflection by proposing a synthesis of the convergences between the concepts of information literacy and critical thinking and a form of articulation between the two fields. Subsequently, we present a reflexive analysis of our teachings on controversies at university since 2014, and which constitute an adequate support for teaching our cultural, social and creative approach of critical thinking.
