摘要
If the international history of Catholicism has been very well studied, its transnational dimension is less so. This article examines in the recent historiography of the history of Catholicism the impact of the turning point of transnational history (also known as global or connected history). Drawing on work in anthropology, this research work on missionaries, pilgrimages, intellectual, political and economic networks in order to observe the transfer mechanisms that mark cultural contacts. The contribution of these studies is to highlight the system of negotiation always realized by the actors to adapt and translated the contents, practices and religious behaviors.
