摘要
Considering that there arc usually many kinds of error for the peak value of a vibration signal during the sampling process, the traditional time-domain peak value method for identifying the vibration frequency and damping may lead to inevitable error. A new time-domain non-peak value method is proposed to improve the identification accuracy. Firstly, the adjacent zero crossing interpolation method is adopted to avoid peak distortion so as to improve frequency identification accuracy. Secondly, non-peak values at the start and end of n vibration cycles are delicately obtained so as to improve damping identification accuracy. Numerical examples are implemented to demonstrate the validity of the propose method, and results show that frequency and damping ratio identification value of the proposed method is more accurate compared with the original time-domain peak value method.
