In order to ensure the strict time synchronization between devices, to achieve the purpose of precise timing control and distributed control and resource sharing, we propose a bridging technique for ARINC659 backplane bus connection between different devices. The bridging technology ensures that the ARINC659 bus is physically independent and can logically take concerted action in step so that the hardware modules on ARINC659 bus can be used, shared and controlled as a unified resource. At the same time, in order to ensure that ARINC659 bus after bridging can run correctly, the effect of the signal skew on the bus communication and synchronization is analyzed, and the relationship between the length of the bridging bus and the signal skew and the bus synchronization period is obtained. Finally, the feasibility of ARINC659 bus bridging and the correctness of signal skew effect are verified by experiment and analysis. It provides guidance for engineering application and design constraint of ARINC659 bus bridging, and promotes the application of ARINC659 bus in aerospace field.
