Unfractioned heparin versus bivalirudin in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention for acute coronary syndrome

This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: To assess the efficacy and safety of unfractioned heparin without routine use of provisional glycoprotein inhibitor compared to bivalirudin, in patients with acute coronary syndrome, who are undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention.
