摘要
•Phytochemical analysis of Melia azedarach leaves and fruits at two stages of maturity.•HPLC-DAD-ESI–MS/MS allowed identification of 26 components most of them being phenolic acids and flavonols.•Young leaves exhibited good DPPH, ORAC and metal chelating activity.•Melia azedarach could be considered as convenient source of natural phenolic antioxidants.
