Objectives: To evaluate cytokine profile of myelin basic protein (MBP)-specific T-cells from untreated MS patients in early disease phase and correlate it to clinical data and MRI activity. Background: Th1 and Th17 lymphocytes are considered to play central roles in MS. It is possible that their signature cytokines may have distinct roles in MS, and some of them maybe more closely related to disease activity.
