Adaptive control for a class of nonlinear systems via T-S fuzzy logic systems with nonlinear rule consequents

摘要
In this paper, we employ the T-S fuzzy logic systems with nonlinear rule consequents to design adaptive controllers for nonlinear systems with uncertainties. In order to complete this task, we will introduce a time-varying parameter into the T-S fuzzy logic systems with nonlinear rule consequents to form the extended fuzzy logic systems (EFLS). By designing the updated laws of this parameter and the estimate values of the fuzzy approximate accuracies, the stable adaptive fuzzy controllers can be realized for a class of nonlinear systems with uncertainties. The proposed design method is only dependent on the outputs of EFLS and the above updated laws, thus increasing its adaptability. The fuzzy control scheme introduced in this paper is suitable for the more general fuzzy systems in Mamdani or T-S form. Simulations will also be used to show the validity of the method in this paper.
