State Sensing and Timely Delay Measurement Method for Virtual Power Plant Communication Network

Virtual power plant communication network business shows diversity, flow characteristics of sudden, frequent adjustment and different quality requirement of, it is difficult to guarantee such as delay, packet loss rate and network bandwidth network running status and quality of business operation, which run ensuring quality, difficult to measure quality of business, the business reliability decline, network status is not stable, communication time delay is difficult to control. In this paper, the real-time delay measurement method of communication network performance in virtual power plant convergence control scenario is studied. Firstly, the time synchronization method between virtual power plant aggregation control device and server is studied. Secondly, the state perception and distributed probe measurement technology of virtual power plant communication network are studied, and a distributed delay measurement tool is designed. Finally, a distributed delay measurement method based on service flow is proposed. Through the main nodes deployed in the communication network link probe, to link aggregation control communication network in the virtual power plant, the quality and time delay measurement, accurate real-time transmission for scheduling of distributed resources control instruction to provide technical support, to support distributed grid resources to participate in demand response, load frequency control, such as business, avoid trigger new energy fluctuations harm to stable operation of power grid.
