摘要
This paper deals with a research program and partial result about control means and experimental simulation of high-frequency combustion instability (HFCI) for large thrust LOX/kerosene rocket engine during the last decade and whose main objectives are to seek and develop the effective stability evaluation and devices. The primary available passive control means of HFCI for large thrust LOX/kerosene staged combustion cycle engine, such as gas-liquid coaxial injector, baffles and grid(lattice)with orifices are investigated. The investigative method is based on modeling experiment. Acoustic modeling tests and single-injector and multi-injectors hot-fire subscale test are respectively conducted. The results show that the reasonable configurations of injector and baffle will play the important roles to control high frequency combustion instability, and the location of the rectifier grid of gas-fired line with orifices also effects on the acoustic characteristic of combustion chamber.
