Electroluminescence of two layer device with SA as hole transport layer

摘要
Compound of N-methyl-4, 5-diethoxy-1, 8-naphthalimide (FY) with high fluorescent quantum efficiency and hole transport material (SA) have been synthesized. The green emitting electroluminescent device using SA as a hole transport layer and FY as an emission layer was fabricated. The current density of 91mA/cm 2 and luminescent intensity as high as 80 cd/m 2 at DC voltage of 12V were also obtained.
