Analysis and research on the dynamic performance of electromagnetic actuator

This paper mainly talks about the structure and working principles of the proportional solenoid actuator, which is used to control the speed of the diesel engine. The electromagnetic actuator model, established by the Maxwell software and Simplorer simulation software, simulates the situations of electromagnetic actuator's sudden input and sudden discharge of voltage. The simulation results of the dynamic response times in different levels of voltage were recorded, and compared with the measured response times. Verify the correctness of the establishment of the electromagnetic actuator dynamics simulation model. Analysis of the coil turns, moving parts of the quality parameters and the dynamic relationship between the response times.
