摘要
This study is assigned to investigate the changes of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells in peripheral blood cells and the allergic state of mites of bronchial asthma. We used the peripheral blood from bronchial asthma and healthy subjects as samples to measure the CD4+CD25+ Tr levels with flow cytometry(FCM).The allergic state of mites of bronchial asthma was tested by skin prick test.We found that the CD4+CD25+ Tr levels(4.81% ± 2.76%) in acute asthmatic group were lower than that in the control group(8.66% ± 1.61%)(P 0.01),while the CD4+CD25+ Tr levels(2.73% ± 2.03%) in the acute asthmatic group with(+++) positive skin prick test of mites were lower than those with(+…++) positive skin prick test of mites(6.45% ± 2.08%)(P 0.01).The results show that the levels of CD4+CD25+ Tr remarkable decrease in acute bronchial asthma, and even more decrease in patients with allergic physique. Thus we presumed there is remarkably negative correlation between the levels of CD4+CD25+ Tr and the allergic state in acute bronchial asthma, indicating that CD4+CD25+ Tr is related to the allergic state of bronchial asthma.
