摘要
Objective To investigate the association between schizophrenic patients’mental symptoms and the polymorphism of glutamic acid receptor 6 (GluR6)and gamma-aminobutyric acid receptor gamma-2(GABRG2).Methods PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) was used to examine the G/ A single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of GluR6 and T/G SNP of GABRG2 in 600 subjects. All data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 statistical analysis procedures. Results (1) There had significant relationship between GluR6 allele and delusion of persecution in patients with schizophrenia (F=4.641,P=0.032).(2) Significant relationship was found between rs2227283 allele A and excitation, retraction of emotion, care of health,noncooperation(P0.05), and the relationship was also found between rs211014 allele G and hallucination, excitation, feel of guilt, tetardation of action, extraordinary content of thought(P0.05).Conclusion The GluR6 gene rs2227283 neighboring gene may be one of susceptible genes for schizophrenia negative symptoms and aggressive behavior. The GABRG2 genes rs211014 may have relationship with the aggressive behaviors and positive symptoms.
