This work is inserted on the behavioral animation area, more focused on simulations of social virtual humans which can interact among themselves. The model is divided in three distinct phases which aim to describe i) the individual social evolution until the groups formation, ii) the application of competitive group behaviors and iii) the visualization of the group parameters modifying the individual agents movement, phases 1, 2, 3 respectively. Using several methods such as rules, rewards and competition, the individual parameters (status, memory and perception) and group parameters (cohesion, competition and growing) are computed. There are two kinds of approach in our model: micro and macroscopic. The groups are formed in the microscopic approach, through the interactions among their individuals and are represented by coefficients computed as a function of their members individualities. In the macroscopic approach, the main goal is to find individualities based on group parameters. In this context, some results describe the emerged groups and/or the individuals related the initial distribution of population.
