摘要
Objective: To investigate the correlation between plasma homocysteine (Hcy) levels and substance metabolism in vivo, the pulsatility index (PI), and the heart rate variability index in patients with cerebral small vessel disease. Methods: Fifty-six patients with cerebral small vessel disease treated in our hospital from july 2017 to march 2019 were randomly selected as the study group, and 56 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control froup, Demographics and lifestyle data, Hcy level, metabolic index, and heart rate variability index of all subjects were compared. The correlation between Hcy level and sunstance metabolism in vivo, PI level, and herat rate variability index in patients with cerebral small vessel disease was determined. Result: Compared with the group, the plasma Hcy level and PI of patients in the study group were increased, while levels of UA, 25-(OD)-VitD, RMSSD, PNN50, SDANN were decreased, with cerebral small vessel disease was significatly positively correlated with PI and negatively correlated with UA, 25-(OD)-VitD, RMSSD, PNN50, SDANN, and levels (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Plasma Hcy levels and PI increased significantly in patients with cerebral small vessel disease, and UA, 25-(OD)-VitD, RMSSD, PNN50, SDANN, and SDNN levels decreased significantly. Moreover, the above indices are related to the Hcy level, which can be used as an important index to judge the condition of patients with cerebral small vessel disease.
