摘要
GdRBot is a platform for controlling a set of collaborative agents through XML-RPC. It was originally designed and tested for using PCs as robots and servers. Unfortunately, common computers can't be used on every scenario. On this paper the requirements of the architecture and the performance of two low-performs devices implementing the architecture are discussed. The first device is a Gumstix, a platform based on an Intel PXA microprocessor and the second is a recycled router by Linksys, the NSLU2. Both powered by Linux as operating system.
