The Numerical Algorithm on the Springback of Forming Part in the Flexible Stretching Process

The saddle parts constitute the aerodynamic configuration of the airplane and the shape of the stretching part needs higher precision, so it is necessary to have a precise control of the springback. In this paper, the dynamic explicit method was performed to simulate the forming process of multi-point stretching, and the process of springback was simulated with the implicit algorithm. In the end, taking the cylindrical surface for example, the numerical analysis on the multi-point stretching was carried out, which predicted the trend and the distribution of the springback. The analysis results can provide the important basis on playing the flexible characteristics of the multi-point and the springback compensation.
