Design and Implementation of a High Reliability General Test Platform for Spacecraft

In order to solve the problems of wide variety of test device, poor versatility and high requirement for tester, a general test system design method based on standard backplane bus is proposed. A general test platform based on 1553B bus is developed based on the principle of hardware modularization and software configuration, the functional requirements and system composition of the platform are described. The platform has been verified in the process of product test and subsystem joint test of spacecraft’ TT&C subsystem. The test results show that the platform has the advantages of high degree of automation, friendly interface and good scalability, which can meet the requirements of spacecraft’ testing during the periods of producing, testing and launching. It can greatly improve the test efficiency of spacecraft's product, has obvious economic benefits and wide application prospects. It has important reference significance for the general research and design of test device for the other spacecraft.
