Tractor is an important power source in the process of agricultural production. The power output of tractor in field work is an important index for evaluating tractor operation performance and energy consumption. It is also the main basis for evaluating tractor operation quality. In this paper, a special wireless detection system for tractor power output parameters is developed by taking advantage of the high reliability and low cost of mature product PLC. Firstly, the basic working conditions of tractor, such as operation speed, slip rate, operation environment parameters and power output parameters, are accurately detected. Secondly, the detection signals of tractor end are wirelessly transmitted to the remote computer through wireless transmission. Then, the tractor power output signal is analyzed by the analyzing software. The test system is validated by standard signal, and the calibration test of actual working speed and slip rate is carried out on standard track. The accuracy and stability of the test system are verified by key parameters test.
