摘要
Diseased (CRSwNP with and without coexisting asthma) human nasal epithelial cells (hNECs) were found to communicate with the environment via exosomes. Both healthy and exosomal protein signatures include immune response cytokines. Diseased epithelium-derived exosomes secreted increased cell cycle signatures involved in such as p53 pathway that might contribute to the inhibition of healthy epithelial proliferation, potentially as a mechanism of remodeling.Image 1
