重磅！2021年IEEE Fellow名单揭晓：282位新晋Fellow，华人占比近三成

2020 年 11 月 25 日，IEEE Fellow 2021 入选名单揭晓，这一奖项代表学术科技领域权威荣誉和重要职业成就。其中，全球 282 人入选，华人学者高达 75 人，占比 26.6%，接近三成。
其中包括，清华大学计算机系教授唐杰、京东集团副总裁郑宇、中国科学技术大学李厚强、北京邮电大学马华东和合肥工业大学汪萌等。
IEEE 的全称是 Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers（国际电气与电子工程师协会），是一个国际性电子技术与信息科学工程师的协会，如今在全球 160 多个国家和地区中拥有近 42 万会员。
IEEE 建会于 1963 年 1 月 1 日，总部位于美国纽约市，是当今世界电子、电气、计算机、通信、自动化工程技术研究领域最著名、规模最大的非营利性跨国学术组织。在电气及电子工程、计算机及控制技术领域中，IEEE发表的文献占了全球将近 1/3。
IEEE Fellow 即 IEEE 会士/院士，为协会最高等级会员，是该组织授予的最高荣誉，在学术科技界被认定为权威的荣誉和重要的职业成就，每年由同行专家在做出突出贡献的会员中评选出，当选人数不超过 IEEE 会员总人数的 0.1%。由于每年当选的 IEEE Fellow 数量较少，当选科学家基本都是在科学与工程技术领域内取得重要成就的杰出科学家。
