摘要
We fabricated a 2×2-bit optical DAC transmitter using silicon segmented modulators and CMOS drivers. Highest symbol rates of 56Gbaud PAM4 and 50Gbaud 16QAM were achieved with transmitter density higher than 300Gbps/mm 2 among optical DAC transmitters.
