Treatment of Paravertebral Arteriovenous Fistula with detachable coils plus Onyx Embolization : Case Report

Abstract The patient, a 47-year-old female, presented with a four-year history of recurrent dizziness that worsened over the past four months and experienced an intracranial murmur in the last month. Magnetic resonance imaging and cerebral digital subtraction angiography confirmed the presence of paravertebral arteriovenous fistula. This patient exhibited smooth recovery following endovascular intervention involving detachable coils plus Onyx.
