Aiming at the key issues such as dual track settlement and volume price relationship between the bilateral spot market and the contract market, this paper constructed a dual track electricity market settlement model based on the principle of "day ahead benchmark, real-time quantity difference and contract price difference", consider the unbalanced fund allocation/return mechanism of the responsible parties. On this basis, the market data of a certain province is used for simulation, considering multiple types of units on the generation side and multiple types of users on the load side, and analyzing the volume price relationship of each entity and the causes of unbalanced funds, to provide relevant reference suggestions for the settlement of the bilateral electricity market.
