Analysis of Economic Setback of Different Countries Due to COVID-19 Surge by Advanced Multi MOORA Strategy Under Pentagonal Neutrosophic Realm

Realistic problems contain a notion of neutrosophic-oriented decisions in which the results mostly depend on the proper choice of aggregation operators along with the solution strategy. To aggregate the comprehensive information scientifically and practically, this research article focuses on the presentation of the refurbished Advanced Multi MOORA (Multi-objective optimization by ratio analysis) strategy with firm justification of pentagonal neutrosophic number (PNN) from disjunctive perspectives. Additionally, in order to aggregate the hypothetical or realistic information, a Hybrid weighted arithmetic and geometric averaging (HWAGA) operator in the PNN realm is established here to intensify our recommended technique. Also, the three (Manhattan, Hamming, and Euclidian) kinds of distances between two PNNs are generated in this article and applied prolifically in our recommended MCGDM (Multi-criteria group decision-making) problem which basically shed light on the economic recession and set back of different countries due to COVID-19 spurt and its analytical perspective with the Advanced Multi MOORA strategy in three distinct ways. Finally, the numerical problem is expounded to authenticate our suggested policy and the comparison analysis with three different distance measures correlating the ranking results among unlike approaches of the Multi MOORA method reflects a decisive blow in the results of the numerical problem.
