In view of the current situation of low radiation heat transfer efficiency, slow heating process and long brazing cycle of titanium alloy plate-fin heat exchanger. The method of rapid heat generation of resistance pole is used to assist radiation heating to realize efficient heating and accurate temperature control of welded parts. Develop the infrared/thermocouple dual continuous temperature monitoring technology, establish the adaptive temperature control algorithm and model based on the measured temperature as feedforward control.
