摘要
Memristive devices, often used for memory, logic, and neuromorphic systems, are now being explored for sensing chemicals. However, any realistic approach based on these sensing devices must consider their cost-effective fabrication process and modelling of the fabricated device suitable for gas sensing and design circuits. To this end, we analyze in detail the memristive behaviour of the fabricated cost-effective metal/metal-oxide/metal gas sensing device and we propose a core memristor model which is also suitable for gas sensing with a much higher degree of accuracy compared to existing models. Our results show that the proposed model derived from the input-output behaviour of the fabricated gas sensor with memory closely matches the behaviour of the fabricated device while being generic enough to be adopted in capturing the behaviour of similar devices.
