摘要
In this work, we have synthesized the ZnO Hexagonal pyramid structures (ZnO HPs) for low detection limit of NO2 gas sensors by a facile hydrothermal method. The structural, morphological analysis has been evinced by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Field Emission Scanning electron microscope (FESEM), and high-resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM) analysis, which witness as formed HPs are hexagonal crystal structure and it seems homogenous morphological features. The gas sensing performance of ZnO HPs towards NO2 gas at different temperature was investigated. The findings of the gas sensing showed that the ZnO HPs has the better response and recovery time towards 3 ppm concentration of NO2 gas at 270oC. This outstanding gas sensing response of 4.31 of ZnO HPs sensor leads exceptionally strong surface contact between the NO2 gas molecules and the surface-active sites of ZnO HPs gas sensor.
